Regular workout and proper diet is an inseparable part of my job. In both of these I have fitness2You to help me. I have had a great experience with this team. The personal training is hard but at the same time it is funny, addictive and varied, because we exercise outside a lot and I just feel well after each session.
I have been using Fitness2You personal training for more than 2 years. When I started work out regularly with my personal trainer I almost got rid of my back pain, which I had suffered until then. My posture got better, my body got tighter, I lost some fat in my problematic parts,..simply I feel better. The best thing about this is that I save plenty of my time because the trainer comes to me and we can workout at different places – at home, outside or in the gym.
Down to the cooperation with fitness2YOU and their personal and professional care I managed to reach my healthy lifestyle goals. I greatly appreciate the time flexibility of my personal trainer as my daily life is really busy. I get to learn something new in every training and I actually figured working out can be so fun and educational. Sometimes we go through some challenges for instance timed fitness tests that brings a little bit of competitiveness and action to the session and you can see how you improve over the days and weeks.
I always spend my summer in the Czech Republic and I start my training process for an upcoming season, which requires everyday training load. The massage therapist comes all the way to my place so I do not have to travel anywhere.
In order to be perfectly fit and ready for the races, together with hundreds of hours on my bike I cannot forget proper stretching, strengthening and regeneration. I discuss these activities with Fitness2You. We use many kinds of equipment like BOSU, TRX, which allow exercising of whole body and especially my core muscles, which are very important.
